    i once had an issue with customer service here (i gave them 1 star) . however after working out the issue with the manager jordan all is fogivin. fernie ford has a fantastic service center and works with the community.

    The sales woman Michelle is amazing would recommend her to anyone however due to a few issues in buying our latest truck I am giving the overall building 1 star.We have had many issues with fernie ford in the past.Definitely dealing with cranbrook ford from now on!
